The Tanoan Community Association, Inc. patrol monitors the safety of the community by patrolling the neighborhoods. The main objectives of the department are to enforce the Association's Rules and Regulations set forth by the Governing Documents and the CC&R's, and to patrol the Association's property. The officers are available to assist in minor emergencies and to obtain needed help from our local agencies in times of a crisis.
When requested, Patrol Officers assist local agencies with traffic control situations, help obtain and document information, and report observed criminal activities to the proper authorities. | |||||||||||||

While Patrol exists to assist the community, it is not a private security force. Our officers do not carry firearms. Tanoan Community Association, Inc. is a safe place to live and work, and the Patrol Officers help keep it that way. In an emergency call 911 first.
![]() Have You Lost Your Card or Remote? It is very important to our community's security efforts that you report a lost or stolen gate card/remote control to the Association office. With the computerized gate system, we can disable the lost or stolen device so it cannot be used to enter the gate by someone without authorization to do so.
You can purchase a replacement device from the office for your use (cards at $10; remote controls at $40) if you find yourself in this situation. Please don't just ignore or forget the lost device. Call the Security Supervisor immediately at 823-2307. You'll be doing your part in helping to keep a secure and safe neighborhood for everyone's enjoyment.
